Diamonds
Playing POKÉDEX IDLE is free. Diamonds are optional: they buy VIP, conveniences and cosmetics inside the game.
- Diamonds are used only inside the game. They cannot be withdrawn or converted to money.
- Diamonds do not buy chances at vault cards.

No Diamond purchase changes damage, XP, Gold per hour, loot, capture, IV or prices. Shiny Incense only raises shiny odds while it lasts and never guarantees a shiny.
Delivery
- Diamonds are credited automatically to your game account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
- Pix is usually confirmed within seconds to a few minutes after you pay; the game screen updates by itself.
- A Pix charge is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires unpaid, nothing is charged; just create a new one.
- Didn't receive your Diamonds? Wait a few minutes and reopen the shop. If they still aren't there, contact support with your trainer name and the payment receipt: we credit the Diamonds or refund the payment.
