How it works
Three steps. Then the game does the work.
Create your trainer
Connect your wallet in seconds, pick your starter and step into Pallet Town. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser and becomes an app on your phone.
Build your strategy
Simple rules decide who fights, when to switch and when to stop. Pick a zone, hit Auto Hunt and watch your trainer walk off after the wild Pokémon.
Come back and collect
The server keeps hunting after you close the tab, within your away window. When you're back, a summary shows the catches, XP and loot from that time.
The world
A real map, not a grid of squares.
Movement is free, in any direction, with a smooth camera. Cities follow the series' layout — houses, routes, caves and the Pokémon Center right where you expect them — and every zone has channels, so the map feels busy without turning into a crowd.

Free movement
Smooth movement, no hopping tile to tile. Click or use the keyboard.
Original art
One visual family, from the grass to the rooftops, made for POKÉDEX IDLE.
All of Kanto
Cities, routes, caves and sea linked on foot, from Pallet Town to Indigo Plateau.
Channels per zone
Each map splits into channels: you see real trainers without a packed screen.
Collection
Every Pokémon is unique. And it's yours.
All 151 from Kanto show up in the world walking around, not as icons. What you catch is born with IVs, nature, quality and a shiny chance rolled by the server — nobody edits it, nobody duplicates it.
Real shinies
Rare, rolled on the server in its own sequence. Your shiny is yours alone.
Original Trainer
Whoever caught it is recorded forever, even after trades and sales.
Evolution and Gyms
Train, evolve and challenge the Gyms to prove your team.
Pokédex
Track what's already passed through your hands and what's still missing.
Market and economy
A player market, with bank-grade bookkeeping.
Sell what you caught, buy what you're missing, trade directly with another trainer. Behind the scenes, every coin that moves goes through a double-entry ledger: every credit has a debit, and the balance always adds up.
Pokémon and item Market
List, buy and check the sales history. A Pokémon is locked while it's for sale — never in two places at once.
Direct trades
Offer, review and confirmation on both sides, with the server guaranteeing delivery.
In-game Gold
The currency for the Market and trades is Gold, earned by hunting and selling.
Diamond and VIP
Diamond is the premium currency, soon credited by burning $POKEDEX. It's for VIP and in-game conveniences.

Houses
A house in town. Your way.
Claim a lot in town, walk through the door and decorate the inside with furniture from the shop. In the showcase, display your favorite Pokémon for anyone passing by.
Real lots
Houses sit right on the city map, with a sign by the door.
Free decorating
Bed, sofa, plants, tables: place every piece wherever you like.
Pokémon showcase
Show off your best Pokémon: visitors can look, only you can touch.

Clans and PvP
Build a clan. Take the map.
Training alone is just the start. Join a clan, duel other trainers, compete in the clan championship and stake out territory on the map.
Clans
Create or join a clan, with its own treasury and members.
Duels
Challenge another trainer and settle it head to head, decided by the server.
Clan championship
Round-robin championships between clans, with public standings.
Territories
Map zones under clan control, in plain sight for everyone.
Concept art
Not just another Tibia with Pokémon
Made to look good and play fair.
Pokémon idle games tend to repeat the same formula: tile grids, stock sprites and an economy in the dark. POKÉDEX IDLE took another path.

| The usual | POKÉDEX IDLE |
|---|---|
| Movement stuck to the grid, tile by tile | Free, smooth movement in any direction |
| Sprites from mixed sources | Original art in one consistent visual family |
| Generic maps | Cities and routes true to the series |
| An inventory with no place in the world | Decorable houses with a showcase |
| Balances nobody can audit | A double-entry ledger |
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Connecting a wallet and playing are free. Diamond, the premium currency, is optional.
Do I need to download anything?
No. POKÉDEX IDLE runs in the browser, on your computer or phone. On your phone, you can add it to the home screen and open it like an app.
Does the game keep going when I close it?
Yes. Hunting runs on the server and keeps going with the tab closed, within your away window. When you're back, you see a summary of what happened.
Can I make money playing?
No. There are no cash-outs: Gold and Diamond stay in the game. POKÉDEX IDLE is entertainment — it's not a salary, an income or an investment.
What does VIP give me?
Convenience: for example, a longer away window. VIP doesn't multiply shiny chance, IVs, quality or damage.
Can my Pokémon be copied or lost in a trade?
No. Each Pokémon has exactly one owner at a time, enforced by the database, and it's locked while it's for sale or in a trade.
Is it an official Pokémon game?
No. POKÉDEX IDLE is a fan project, not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures or The Pokémon Company.
