1. What POKÉDEX IDLE is

POKÉDEX IDLE is a free browser game made by the POKÉDEX community (pokedex.fund). It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and character names are trademarks of their respective owners.

The game is free to play. Nothing in it requires a purchase.

3. Your account

You can play as a guest: the account is tied to this browser on this device by a cookie. If you clear your cookies or lose the device, a guest account can't be recovered.

You can link a Solana wallet to your account at any time; your progress moves with it. Signing in with a wallet only proves you control the address — it never moves tokens or approves transfers. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys.

One person, one account. Don't share, sell or buy accounts.

4. Fair play

Don't cheat, use bots or outside automation, exploit bugs, attack the service or other players' accounts, harass anyone, or post illegal or offensive content.

Don't sell or trade accounts, Pokémon, items or in-game currency for money or anything outside the game.

We may mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules and reverse anything gained unfairly.

5. Gold, Diamonds and items

Gold, Diamonds, Pokémon, items, cosmetics and houses are game content. You get a personal, limited licence to use them inside POKÉDEX IDLE; they are not your property and have no value outside the game.

Diamonds are the premium in-game currency. Diamonds are used only inside the game. They cannot be withdrawn or converted to money, and they can't be transferred to other players.

When Diamonds become available for burning $POKEDEX, tokens you burn are destroyed on-chain and cannot be returned, refunded or recovered. Burning never buys a chance at a vault card.

6. Buying Diamonds

You can buy Diamond packs with Pix, processed by Mercado Pago and charged in Brazilian reais (BRL). Payment by international credit card, processed by Stripe, is offered only when enabled; its price and currency are shown before you pay.

Packs and prices are listed at play.pokedex.fund/diamonds and in the in-game shop. You pay the price shown when you confirm.

Diamonds are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed. Delivery, cancellation and refunds follow the Purchase, delivery and refund policy at play.pokedex.fund/refunds.

Buying requires a saved account (not a guest account). We may limit purchases per account and refuse or reverse purchases involving fraud, refunds or chargebacks.

Diamonds do not buy chances at vault cards.

7. Vault cards

Real graded cards from the POKÉDEX community vault may be offered in the game as free promotional prizes. No purchase, payment or burn is required, and none increases your chances.

Vault cards are subject to eligibility rules (for example a linked wallet and holding requirements), daily and overall limits, and availability. The rules are shown in the game and may change.

We may change, pause or end the vault card feature at any time, and we may withhold or reverse a prize obtained by cheating, automation or by breaking these terms.

8. No promise of gain

POKÉDEX IDLE is entertainment. It is not an investment, a bet or a source of income, and we make no promise of any financial gain.

9. The game can change

The game is in active development. It may have bugs, go offline, and change content, rules and balance. We may reset game data if needed to fix a serious problem, and will announce it when we can.

10. Content and ownership

The game's code and original art belong to their authors. Third-party trademarks and characters belong to their owners and appear as fan work. If you hold a right and want something removed, contact us.

11. Liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, interruptions, or losses caused by your wallet, third-party services or networks.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date are shown at the top of this page. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new version.
