1. What POKÉDEX IDLE is

POKÉDEX IDLE is a free, UNOFFICIAL fan game. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and character names are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Alpha phase: anything may be wiped

The game is in testing (alpha). It may have bugs, go offline, and change rules and balance without notice.

During the alpha phase, accounts, progress, Pokémon, items, Gold, Diamonds and houses MAY be deleted or reset at any time, without compensation. Play knowing that.

3. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for your password and for what happens on your account. Use a real e-mail address that belongs to you.

If you are under 18, play with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. Children under 12 may only use the game with specific consent from a parent or guardian.

4. Rules of conduct

It is forbidden to: cheat, use bots or external automation, exploit game bugs, break into accounts, harass, insult or discriminate, spam or scam, and share personal data (yours or anyone else's) in chat.

It is forbidden to sell, buy or trade accounts, Pokémon, items or in-game currency for real money or outside the game.

Anyone who breaks these rules may be muted, suspended or banned, and have undue gains reversed.

5. Diamonds, Gold and items

Gold, Diamonds, Pokémon, items, cosmetics and houses are game resources: you receive a personal, limited licence to use them inside POKÉDEX IDLE. They are not money, have no value outside the game and are not your property.

Diamond (the premium currency) cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another person and is not refundable, except where Brazilian law guarantees a refund (for example, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code).

During this alpha phase, buying Diamonds with money may be turned off. When it is on, price and contents are shown before payment.

6. No promise of gain

POKÉDEX IDLE is entertainment. It is not an investment, a bet or a source of income. Nothing in the game can be converted into money, and we promise no financial gain.

7. Content and ownership

POKÉDEX IDLE's code and original art belong to their authors. Third-party trademarks and characters belong to their respective owners and are used as fan work, with no claim of affiliation. If you hold a right and want something removed, write to the contact below.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is", especially during this test phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, downtime or indirect damages. Nothing here removes rights that Brazilian law guarantees you.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version is shown at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will announce it in the game and may ask you to accept again.
